EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY
We hope you love your order! But if something isn’t right, you can request an exchange or a refund according to the policy below.
🔁 REFUNDS
🚨 Refunds are only accepted while the courier is still present at the door.
• Customers must check and try the item while the courier is waiting
• If you wish to refund the item, it must be handed back to the courier immediately
• Once the courier leaves, refund requests will NOT be accepted under any circumstances
🔄 EXCHANGES
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Customers must review the Exchange Policy before requesting an exchange
• Exchange requests must be sent via Instagram DM or WhatsApp Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery
🚨 PLEASE NOTE:
• We offer refunds (at the door only) and exchanges (within 24 hours) on eligible items
• Sale and discounted items are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refunds
• Items marked as sold out on the website cannot be exchanged

📸 A clear photo of the item in its original transparent packaging with the label attached
🚫 No website screenshots — the photo must be of the actual item in your possession
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Item must be placed back in the original transparent bag
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES:
• If the requested item is out of stock, you may exchange it for another item of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid)
• No exchanges for lower-priced items
• Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
